Explore the practice of Mandala yoga with Beth.
Mandala honours the rhythms of nature. It brings you back to yourself and allows all that is no longer supportive to gently unravel. This practice moves around the mat—first slowly, so you can find your way in it all, and then breath to breath, giving you the opportunity to sink into each moment and open to what wants to move through.
It becomes what you need it to be. It will meet you exactly where you are and offer you what is most needed in that moment.
This workshop is a deep dive into the practice of Mandala—not so much talking about it or understanding it intellectually, but truly embodying it. We’ll get out of the head and into the body, feeling the practice from the inside out. With a spacious two-hour session, there will be time to soften, explore, and even have a little fun along the way.
Begin in Yin ~ we'll start slow—drop in, let go, and land in your body.
Mandala Flow ~ moving with intention, we'll build gradually, breath by breath, flowing from the front of the mat to the back.
Standing Tall + Proud ~ we’ll slow things down—taking time in each shape, grounding through your feet, and settling in
Return to Yin ~ coming full circle, we’ll soften again—letting it all release and return to stillness.
