Explore the practice of Mandala Yoga with Beth. A journey through the elements, taking inspiration from the magic of the Mandala and weaving in the wisdom of shamanic teachings to bring balance, ease and harmony. 


The Mandala is a representation of life itself. It begins with a simple centre, then layer by layer it grows into a beautiful, intricate design. Showing us that the magic of life begins in the mundane and the moments in between. Everything ripples from the centre, from a single breath, from a single moment, from a simple choice.

The elements create the world we know and they live within each and every one of us. They can be our guides and our greatest teachers. By connecting with them, we connect to the most natural, deepest parts of oursleves, nurturing contentment and tranquility on and off the mat.

Through this journey you will:

  • Explore the influence of each element (earth, water, fire and air); how they relate to you, your life and how to embrace them.

  • Discover the power of the Mandala and why Mandala vinyasa was created.

  • Experience practices, rituals and teachings rooted in shamanic traditions.

Expect playful and dynamic movement around the mat, the sharing of ancient knowledge to expand and deepen your practice, and of course, tea and treats.
