A yearly tradition, join us during the festive season to give thanks as a sangha in a special practice.
Gratitude is the home of a healthy mind and soul. Being thankful for what is good in our lives and what we have instead of focusing on what is wrong is the means to gracious living. The word grace comes from the Latin word ‘gratus’, meaning thank-you and the concept can be challenging. We all lead such busy lives, grace is often elusive, lost in a hectic work schedule or an unkind word...
To cultivate grace, foster gratitude and to send it out into the world can begin simply through appreciating the present moment. Exactly as we are, where we are on this journey earth-side.
To celebrate the spirit of giving this yuletide Celi will guide you through a nourishing, dynamic and joyful flow honouring our bodies, their grace, beauty and resolve. Expect breathing techniques and anatomical focus to re-balance the anahata chakra - opening for compassion, connection and expansion.
To close, you will be offered sweet, zesty mulled apple juice and vegan sausage rolls among a sharing circle. A chance to mingle, unwind and explore experiences from the evening in our intimate and cosy studio.
We invite you to participate in this act of gratitude and kindness on and off the mat as all proceeds of this class will be given to Coppershell Animal Rescue. This is a Wiltshire based animal welfare charity that provides care, shelter and attention to neglected, unwanted or abandoned animals.
