Nourish your mind, body and soul with Jess this November as we honour the Beaver Full Moon.
Jess will guide you through an indulgent Yin practice to nurture your receptivity, intuition, and inner calm. The Beaver Full Moon is a time to say goodbye to the past year and lean into letting go. It is an opportunity for self-reflection and becoming aware of our true essence so that we can be the architects of our own life and future. Expect to use props and feel safe and supported as you fall into the meditative powers of long-held poses.
We will then pause for tranquilizing teas, warming treats and a moment of contemplation before being guided by Helen (Sunyata Yoga & Gongs) in our sound bath journey. A truly magical experience as melodic, carefully constructed, soothing sounds wash the body, cultivating the deepest levels of relaxation and release.
To round up our morning of sensory self-care, we will feast on a rainbow-inspired, seasonal, foraged, and vegetarian brunch prepared by local chef Beth (The Free Range Chef). You will also be offered a refreshing choice of natural fruit flavoured water kefir or kombucha (Hanora Health). A time to unwind, chat, laugh and share experiences from the day in our intimate, cosy, candlelit studio.
